Meet Richard Lutringer

I have extensive experience and advanced training as a mediator as well as a sophisticated business law background. Participants in disputes I have mediated have commented on my ability to listen to each side with understanding and assist all parties in finding a fair and expeditious resolution—even, in some cases, where the parties themselves did not believe a settlement was possible prior to the mediation. Contested matters I have mediated include disputes among members of small and mid-sized family owned businesses, as well as domestic and international industrial, investment, and financial enterprises.

I regularly mediate disputes of all types, including:

    • Corporate
    • Commercial Financial
    • Commercial Insurance
    • Buy-Sell Agreements
    • Acquisitions
    • Joint Ventures
    • Closely-Held and Family Partnerships
    • “Business Divorces”
    • Technology Licensing
    • Distribution
    • Secured Transactions
    • Real Estate
    • Securities
    • Probate and Estate Disputes
    • Family Farm Succession

I am well-qualified to mediate disputes and agreements of any kind. During 2013, I served as a mediator of disputes between policyholders and insurance companies arising out of 2012’s “Superstorm Sandy”.
